La empresa Granadina Mariscal Delicatessen que desde 1889 empieza la familia con la curación de jamones en el municipio de Monachil, Granada y con más de 130 años de Tradición Artesanal Jamonera, ha comenzado a implementar en sus productos artesanos la Trazabilidad Blockchain que consiste en notarizar digitalmente todas las etapas por las que un producto pasa desde el origen hasta el consumidor final.
El primer producto con el que ha empezado la empresa a implementar esta nueva tecnología de Trazabilidad Blockchain ha sido con el JAMÓN GRAN RESERVA MARISCAL. Después le seguirán una gran variedad de productos artesanos que elaboran en su obrador como; la morcilla, chorizo, longaniza, salchicha, queso de cerdo, terneras maduradas, etc… así como su gran variedad de platos de comida casera elaborada.
